Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation policy
We work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied with the given services. If the product you received was damaged in transit as a result of the negligence of courier services, kindly let us know on our social media DMs (@serendipitybyrooj). You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order Id and pictures of the received product. We would be happy to send a replacement.
We absolutely adhere return policy in the case of damaged/broken products. Please get in touch with us right away if you are not entirely satisfied with the products you received. We have a 2-day return policy. You can get your products returned in case of any damage within 2 days after the receiving day.
We’ll surely exchange any product if it is found to be wrongly delivered, instead of the actual order. The exchange policy is only applicable under the following circumstances:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be sent back within 2 days after the successful delivery.
You have 5 hours to cancel your order after a successful order placing. Your order will be dispatched from our location within 1 business day. Please message us in our social media DMs to request cancellation. Our customer service representative will get back to you and let you know if it is possible. There'll be no cancellations after the order has been shipped from our end.
