DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

It is not necessary to set up an account for placing an order you can just simply shop at serendipitybyrooj.com, just by registering with us.

HOW DO I SELECT ITEMS TO PURCHASE?

As you browse through the Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

Now place your order in just…. easy steps;

Step 1:

Go to serendipitybyrooj.com.

Step 2: 

Scroll down and press Add to cart. Now pick your selected items.

Step 3:

Press on order now-Cash on delivery.

Step 4:

A form of the required information will appear. Fill in the form and put in the coupon code if you have any. Subscribe to stay updated.

Step 5: 

Thank you. Your order has been placed. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Serendipity provides you with multiple payment options:

• (COD) Cash on delivery.
• Contact us on our WhatsApp number or Instagram to pay through JazzCash or Easypaisa. 
• Bank transfer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Nationwide delivery is PKR 150 only.

We deliver all over Pakistan through courier services.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT/ITEM?

You can send an email to serendipityexchange1”gmail.com with a photo of the original invoice and damaged product as proof. Our Customer Care Representative may assist you accordingly.
